Fill out the training inquiry form on this site or through the Instagram Linktree. Share basic information about your athlete their sport, goals, and what they're looking to improve.

PHONE CONSULTATION WITH CHASE

Chase personally connects with every new family before an athlete trains. This call ensures the program is the right fit and allows Chase to understand the athlete's needs before the first session.

ATTEND YOUR INTRODUCTORY SESSION

Your athlete attends their first paid one-on-one session an opportunity to experience the training environment, establish a baseline, and confirm mutual fit before committing to a weekly program.
